Taking refinement and power to a new level, the new range of 2.0d engines operate the latest EDC17 ECU and 1800bar Piezo injectors. With power up to 199bhp and 386Nm torque the performance from the 2.0d engine is vastly improved giving it more torque than the Twin Turbo variant! We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fueling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Just a note to say thank you for a job well done. Took a bit longer than expected, but now I appreciate the individual attention that each client receives in getting a totally individual remap without cutting corners. Car totally transformed from sedate cruiser to hot hatch. Now actually enjoy driving the car whereas before simply a means of transport. Happy to say better fuel economy - 5mpg on average. Simply stunning! Thanks.
