The 2.0 HDi 90bhp engine is the base tuned variant for this common rail 1 range of engines. The engine utilises an early type turbo without direct electronic control and has no intercooler fitted. The power gains at 129bhp are safe and reliable but in order to obtain more from this engine an intercooler would need to be fitted as to ensure safe exhaust gas temperatures. The intercooler off the 110bhp would be ideal but the inlet manifold and plumbing would also be required making it a substantial job. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fueling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

选择重新映射发动机的人通常都是汽车爱好者，但我被困在一辆沉闷的家庭车里太久了。当我终于能够选择一辆自己喜欢的车时，我的要求是更小、更经济。我选择了标致307 HDi 110。虽然起步时不是很快，但我对它的涡轮增压超车能力印象深刻。然而，总有改进的空间，Grahams重新映射提供的数据看起来非常有趣。36%的功率提升应该足够诱人，但匹配的36%扭矩提升，在大约3000转时达到峰值，这才是决定性因素。
Celtic Tuning来到我的建筑工地，就在我开会的时候完成了工作。他们的改造效果令人震惊。绿灯加速令人印象深刻，但更有用的是那令人惊叹的超车能力。50到90（仅在合法的地方）在五档中一眨眼就完成了。
