The 1.8 20v Turbo engine is a superb base for tuning, with a huge list of stock components as well as aftermarket, the potential for tuning this engine is huge. Running a large flow capacity KO4 turbo, it?s good for higher pressures and more power than the KO3 range in the lower power variants. The performance gains from software alone are impressive! Check out our Stage 2 & 3 conversions if modified software alone isn't enough as this engine has the capability of 400bhp with the right setup! We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance.
