Vauxhall Signum 2004-2008 [1.9 CDTi 120 bhp | ECU重新映射 | 芯片调校 ]

The 1.9 CDTi 120bhp is the first incarnation of the Multijet engine. Utilising multiple injections per stroke it pushed refinement and power levels to a new high. With our software upgrade we can achieve 180bhp and 384Nm torque which gives for superb performance. The 120bhp is in essence a 150bhp but detuned in the software. The majority of the power comes from the removal of limiters and the end result is achieved using only a 0.1 bar increase in boost pressure, despite being a huge power improvement it is a very safe and reliable upgrade. We have developed this engine extensively and can provide more or less power than quoted. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fueling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.
